Compiling early production schedules and budgets in development for submission to broadcasters.

Conducting feasibility research into development projects ahead of green light.

Researching and advising on tax incentives and other production initiatives globally.

Comprehensive support from a full in-house production team from development through to delivery.

Attending recces, production meetings, readthroughs, weekly catch-ups and being a visible presence and support on set and during postproduction.

Implement policies required to ensure operational, welfare and sustainability standards are met across all productions.

Ensure productions are set up to follow Banijay group processes and policies, taking advantage of existing deals and incentives.

Overseeing health and safety protocols including signing off risk assessments.

Supplier liaison – helping to manage the smooth running of payments, approving invoices and final costs.

Provide financial oversight and support to the production company and production team from the outset – tracking spend against budget from funded development through to final delivery.

In-house team manages Sales, Invoicing, Purchase Invoice Processing, Cost Reporting, and Cashflow during development using our internal systems.

We also support freelance Production, Accountants by assisting with their setup and offering ongoing guidance throughout the production lifecycle.

Oversee Financing and Cashflow, Planning, including Tax Credit analysis workings from original calculations through to the Tax Credit Audit, and arranging External Financing as needed.

Assist in preparation of annual production company budgets, along with periodic profit and loss (P&L) statements and cashflow forecasts.

Manage the month-end management accounts process and support the annual audit.

Handle royalty reporting, including issuing invoices and managing payaways based on future IP sales.
