Nischal Randev was appointed Head of Corporate Development of Banijay UK in June 2020 following the acquisition of Endemol Shine by Banijay. He oversees M&A activities within the UK group and is responsible for the overarching strategy of the group.

Previously holding the position of Senior Manager, International Operations in Endemol Shine Group and was worked alongside several companies in Southern Europe, Asia and Africa and worked across many areas across the business. During his time as Endemol Shine, Nischal also worked in the groups Corporate Development and Strategy team, working alongside management in building Endemol Shine as one of the world’s leading production companies. Nischal originally begun his career in investment banking.
