Banijay Boost Mentoring Scheme

This is our very own in-house mentoring scheme! At Banijay, we all have valuable insights, learnings and knowledge from our past experiences, both good and bad! We all have diverse styles and ideas that we can harness to assist in developing and encouraging each other at all levels within the company, whether in the day to day activities or looking towards where we want to be in the future.

Our ‘Banijay Boost’ in-house Mentoring scheme is a two-way connection where the more experienced Mentor guides and supports a less experienced Mentee. The Mentee will also be able to provide insight to their Mentor on how to improve the company and perhaps provide a different perspective on audiences viewing interests and what inspires them.

Work Experience

We offer 20, centrally funded, two-week work experience placements per year. These are paid placements (at the current London living wage) and are allocated primarily to those who have come to us on their own initiative and who do not have pre-existing connections.

Work experience opportunities will be advertised on our jobs board at the start of each production – so keep an eye out and apply when they go live!
