Initial appoints Caroline Roseman as Creative Director, Development

Newly created role to supercharge breakthrough entertainment and reality ideas

Initial has appointed Fulwell 73’s Director of Development to the newly created role of Creative Director, Development.

Reporting to Managing Director Katy Manley, Caroline will oversee the development team, generating and pitching ambitious entertainment and reality ideas for the UK and international clients. Working closely with Katy and Head of Production and Operations, Jody Collins, Caroline will also help to devise and execute the creative strategy for the company.

Caroline is a highly respected creative executive with over 20 years’ experience in development and production.

In her most recent role as Director of Development and Executive Producer at Fulwell 73 she oversaw all unscripted development in the UK and US, with recent successes including the BAFTA nominated An Audience with Adele for ITV, Prime Video’s The One That Got Away, which she also Exec Produced, Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl for Disney+, gameshow Visual Suspect for TF1 in France and Sex Unzipped for Netflix.

Prior to Fulwell 73, Caroline was Head of Development for Whizz Kid, where credits include Ex on the Beach for MTV (localised in 15 territories), BBQ Champ for ITV and Lip Sync Battle for C5.

Focusing on entertainment and reality, Initial’s recent productions include Beauty & The Geek (Discovery+), The Singles’ Table (ITVBe), The Games (ITV), Tenable (ITV) and Soccer Aid for Unicef (ITV). Big Brother for ITV 2 will go into production later in the year.
