
Emma Young is to join Banijay UK label, Shine TV, in a permanent Senior Executive Producer role.
A highly experienced TV creative Emma has produced a wide range of high-profile constructed factual reality shows, including the BAFTA / RTS nominated Banged Up (C4), the 2025 Edinburgh TV Festival Award-nominated Go Back To Where You Came From (C4), and Hunted and Celebrity Hunted (C4).
Most recently, Emma has delivered the latest series of Hunted for Shine as executive producer. The premiere delivered an average 7-day consolidated audience of 1.42m, doubling the slot of 16-34 adults.
Reporting to Shine TV’s Director of Programmes, Matt Bennett, Emma will work with the wider creative teams at Shine TV on delivering premium factual reality series as well as developing new formats to add to the Shine slate.
