BlackLight was formed in 2017 by Ben Bickerton and Phil Trethowan. The pair met when making the critically-acclaimed film Ellen together. Bickerton and Trethowan both have over 20-years’ experience making award-winning popular television drama and film such as Being Human, The Curse of Steptoe and North Square. They intend to make a lot more.
